It's been a battle for Prime Minister Theresa May this year and she has managed to survive votes of no-confidence. The challenge now? Can she get her precious Brexit deal passed before the UK's scheduled withdrawal on March 29th? The Commons may have something to say about that.
With a lack of majority for a new referendum or no-deal Brexit one thing is for sure. The markets are not going to be feeling settled anytime soon but most certainly are desperate for some clarity on where things will end up.
I think we would all like to see this put behind us one way or the other following all the controversy and months of negotiation. Will the UK remain in the customs union or not? Let's hope some clarity is brought to light soon.
